Took about sixty seconds to fit properly the first time. Every walk since has been the same dog, completely different experience.

Standard harnesses were designed to make dogs pull. Tailwag was designed to stop it.
Every standard harness is built like a sled harness, designed to help dogs push forward with their full chest. Tailwag flips that geometry. The moment she starts dragging, the chest clip turns her back toward you. No yanking. No choking. No raw armpits
10,000 micro-ventilation perforations keep air moving where nylon rubs. No raw skin, no dread at harness time.
No pinch, no choke, no yanking. Just a gentle redirect that brings her back to you — so you both actually enjoy the walk.
Force distributes across the chest and shoulders, never the throat. No choking, no coughing, no guilt.
Small, medium, large — the steering works the same regardless of how hard they pull. Anyone in the family can hold the leash.
“Most no-pull harnesses fail for one reason: they clip at the back and trigger the exact reflex that makes dogs pull harder. Tailwag's chest attachment changes the physics entirely. The moment she starts dragging, that forward force redirects sideways instead of transferring straight into your shoulder. Same dog, same walk, different equipment — and the difference is immediate. This is why it works from day one.”
“In ten years of force-free training I've never found a management tool I felt comfortable recommending across the board — until this. Most no-pull harnesses either chafe the dog into dreading walks or use pressure points that cross the line. Tailwag is the first harness I've put on a client's dog and watched them visibly relax. No resistance, no pawing, no panic. The redirect is so gentle that the dog doesn't register it as a correction — they just stop pulling.”
“What most people don't realize is that their dog isn't being stubborn — they're responding to a hardwired neurological reflex. The same instinct that makes sled dogs pull thousand-pound loads activates the moment any dog feels rearward pressure on their back. Tailwag bypasses that reflex entirely by removing the rearward pressure point. The dog has nothing to push against. That's not a training breakthrough — that's physics. And it works from the very first walk.”

"My daughter can finally take him out on her own. She came back smiling — that hasn't happened in two years."
"Every harness we tried left red marks in his armpits by the end of the block. Two weeks in with this one — nothing. Not a single mark."
"I have three dogs. I used to dread who pulled who first. Now I can walk all three without bracing myself the whole time."

FAQ
No. And here's why — the Y-frame sits completely clear of the shoulder blades and armpits, the two places standard harnesses dig in. No contact means nothing to rub. If you do notice any irritation in the first few days, loosen the chest strap slightly and re-check the fit.
Measure your dog's chest at the widest point — right behind the front legs. If they're between sizes, size up. Tailwag is fully adjustable across all three straps so you can dial in an exact fit once it's on.
Slip it over their head, click the chest buckle, then adjust all three straps until you can fit two fingers underneath each one. The third abdominal strap should sit snug — just behind the ribcage. Takes about 60 seconds the first time.
We process orders within 24-72 hours and deliver them within 5-10 days depending on your location, with tracked shipment included for your convenience.
Unclip all hardware and hand wash with warm water and mild soap. Air dry. The webbing holds its shape and the metal hardware won't rust. Don't put it in the dryer — heat degrades the webbing over time.
